“KPop Demon Hunters perfectly captures what we do best: transforming the world’s most exciting stories into shared experiences that friends and families can play together,” said Lisa Paton, CEO of Immersive Gamebox.
In addition to this game, Netflix will also host “KPop Demon Hunters: The Immersive Experience” at two Netflix House locations this November. This event will feature 3D technology, live actors, and themed food and drinks.
Both experiences will remain true to the original Honmoon storyline, though fans may have to wait until at least 2029 for a sequel. However, Netflix has committed to a full theatrical release for “KPop Demon Hunters 2.”
“Music, movement, and the collective energy of the fans are such a huge part of this film, and we can’t wait for fans to join the action and become part of the story,” Paton added.
