Oppo’s Reno X is set to feature a 16:9 display, a nod to the classic smartphone design.
Additionally, the Reno X is expected to have impressively narrow bezels around the screen, measuring roughly 1mm on all sides. The display itself is rumored to be 81mm wide, with the total width of the phone reaching approximately 85mm.
Earlier reports suggested the device might have a 6.3 to 6.4-inch display with a 16:10 aspect ratio. However, the newest information indicates a possible increase to a 6.5-inch screen. This would position Oppo’s phone as slightly taller and narrower than Huawei’s Pura X View, the current leader in the non-folding wide-screen category, which features a 5:3 display and an 87mm body width.
The Reno X could stand out with its narrow bezels and classic wide-screen format.
As anticipation builds, Oppo’s approach may appeal to those seeking a blend of traditional and modern smartphone design elements.
