This is what Prime is all about: unlimited free, fast delivery on a wide selection of products, big savings, fantastic entertainment, and now even more value on restaurant delivery with Uber Eats, all in a single membership.

Existing Amazon Prime members can simply search for “Uber Eats” on Amazon to begin ordering from available restaurants, or they can visit the Uber Eats website directly. New users can also take advantage of a free trial of Amazon Prime to access this benefit, though the $20 discount may not apply unless they have an “eligible Prime membership.”

Amazon did not specify the reasons for switching from GrubHub+ to Uber Eats in their press release, only stating that Uber Eats will be the new partner for this service. Jamil Ghani, Vice President of Amazon Prime, highlighted the comprehensive value of Prime, emphasizing the expanded benefits that now include restaurant delivery.

For those with an Amazon Prime membership already, this is basically free food money.

If you are considering signing up for Amazon Prime, especially with Black Friday approaching, this new Uber Eats benefit might be an enticing addition to the service’s existing offerings. The $20 discount is available until November 18, providing a timely opportunity to enjoy savings on meals.
