House House stated it would refrain from releasing Big Walk on Xbox “until Microsoft and/or Xbox have been removed as BDS boycott targets.”

The BDS movement has been vocal about Microsoft’s controversial dealings with the Israeli government, which have sparked protests among some of the company’s employees. IGN has reached out to Microsoft for a response regarding these concerns.

House House’s decision aligns with its commitment to supporting freedom, justice, and equality, as highlighted by the BDS campaign.

The studio’s stance underscores a growing trend of developers taking political stands through their platform choices. This decision by House House not only reflects its values but also adds to the ongoing conversation about corporate responsibility in the gaming industry.
